These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Balance & Birch’s website, services, memberships, app, and digital products. By using our site or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services We Provide
Balance & Birch offers:
- Integrative therapy
- Naturopathic and wellness consultations
- Fitness and exercise rehab
- Hypnosis
- Reiki and energy services
- Yoga and movement
- Digital products
- Memberships with monthly credits
- Access to the Balance & Birch app
Services are delivered virtually unless otherwise specified.
2. Not Medical Advice
Balance & Birch provides wellness, psychological, and lifestyle guidance.
Unless explicitly provided by a licensed clinician within their scope:
- Services do not constitute medical, psychiatric, or emergency care
- No provider-patient relationship is guaranteed outside structured services
- If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or your local hotline
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
- Sessions must be booked in advance
- Cancellations require 24 hours notice
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be billed at the full session rate
- Membership credits may be forfeited for missed sessions
4. Payment & Billing
A La Carte Services
Payment is due at the time of booking.
Memberships
- Memberships bill automatically each month
- Credits roll for 3 months (per your membership PDF)
- Memberships require a 3-month minimum, then month-to-month
- App access is included for members
Refunds
- Digital products are non-refundable
- Services already rendered are non-refundable
- Membership fees are not refunded once charged
- In special circumstances, case-by-case exceptions may apply
5. App Use
Your Balance & Birch app subscription (if included or purchased):
- Is for personal use only
- Should not be shared
- Uses AI trained on Balance & Birch’s content
- Does not replace clinical care
We reserve the right to update or modify app features at any time.
6. Appropriate Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the site or app
- Harass providers
- Share inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content
- Attempt to access restricted areas
- Reverse engineer or copy content or materials
7. Content Ownership
All website content, app content, PDFs, videos, images, branding, and written materials belong to Balance & Birch.
You may not reproduce, share, or modify them without permission.
8. Third-Party Tools
