Realignment: A Virtual Hatha Yoga + Reiki Experience

Join us for a deeply nourishing virtual workshop designed to bring your body, mind, and energy back into alignment. We’ll begin with a grounding Hatha yoga practice led by Vidhi, focused on slow, intentional movement and breathwork to help you reconnect with your body, release tension, and create a sense of stability from within. This practice is designed to gently realign you physically while anchoring you into the present moment.
From there, you’ll be guided into an extended, restful savasana where Jennifer will offer Reiki healing. Reiki is a gentle, non touch, energy based practice that works with your body’s natural ability to restore balance and harmony. By channeling universal life force energy, Reiki supports your physical, emotional, and energetic well-being, no matter where you are, as it can be received virtually just as powerfully. As stress, emotional experiences, and daily overwhelm can create energetic blockages, this session is designed to help clear and realign your energy. Reiki works to calm the nervous system, release stagnant energy, and create space for clarity, renewal, and deeper connection.
Together, this experience offers a full spectrum realignment — physical through movement, and energetic through stillness — leaving you feeling grounded, centered, and more connected to yourself, with a renewed sense of ease, balance, and inner peace.
