Talk ‘N Tea

Led by Dr. Brown

Next Date TBD

Join Dr. Brown for ‘Talk ‘N Teas,’ a unique opportunity to connect, share, and engage in meaningful conversation over a warm cup of tea. Held in a relaxed, informal setting, these gatherings are a perfect way to enjoy some in-person vibes and build community.

Please Note:

  • Complimentary and Open to All: ‘Talk ‘N Teas’ is a free service offered by Balance & Birch, designed to foster connections and offer support within our community. While there is no charge to participate, attendees are responsible for purchasing their own drinks and snacks.
  • Not a Therapeutic Session: While Dr. Brown is delighted to meet and chat, it’s important to understand that these gatherings do not establish a therapeutic relationship. The conversations are meant for general discussion and community building.
  • Confidentiality: As ‘Talk ‘N Teas’ takes place in a public setting, please be aware that anything shared during these meetings is not confidential. We strive to create a safe, respectful environment, but privacy cannot be guaranteed as it would be in a therapeutic context.
  • Purely for Community and Connection: This is an excellent chance to meet Dr. Brown outside of the clinical setting, ask questions, share experiences, and enjoy the company of others who value wellness and mental health.

Whether you’re looking for a bit of inspiration, seeking to learn more about wellness, or simply in the mood for tea and good company, ‘Talk ‘N Teas’ is the perfect place to be. Let’s come together to share stories, insights, and laughs in a supportive, open-hearted environment.

Keep an eye on our website and social media for upcoming ‘Talk ‘N Teas’ dates and locations. We can’t wait to meet you and share in the joy of community and connection.
