My Approach:
I believe therapy is a powerful investment in mental clarity, emotional freedom, and lasting transformation. My work is best suited for individuals who are ready to move beyond surface-level solutions and do the deep work necessary to shift long-standing patterns. Whether you’re looking to enhance your emotional resilience, redefine your relationships, or cultivate more joy in your life, I provide the expertise and support to help you get there.
I specialize in Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS), anxiety, and depression, working with ambitious individuals who feel stuck despite outward success. My approach helps clients break free from perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and emotional overwhelm to build a more fulfilling, balanced life. I integrate IFS and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to uncover the deeper patterns that keep clients from lasting confidence and peace.
I trained extensively in hospital and clinical settings, developing expertise in complex emotional dynamics and mind-body connections. My background allows me to work seamlessly with high-achieving professionals, entrepreneurs, and creatives, helping them navigate stress, self-doubt, and relational challenges with clarity and confidence. I also prioritize collaborating with physicians and specialists to ensure clients receive comprehensive, well-rounded care. Additionally, I offer neurodivergent-affirming testing for autism and ADHD, providing a collaborative, strengths-based assessment process that helps clients gain clarity and self-understanding.
My Interests:
My hobbies and interests are always rapidly changing and evolving, though I do typically circle back to each eventually. Currently I am learning how to play Magic the Gathering and have gotten into weight lifting. I love being outside, especially if there is running water nearby, and more often than not my pup Ada is glued to my side while we explore trails and forests. I’m always looking for ways to express myself through creating with writing, painting, music, building models, or a random craft I’ve stumbled upon at a hobby store.
