Dee Williams serves as an office manager for Balance & Birch, providing general administrative support for staff and clients alike. She has experience working with healthcare professionals in various capacities, helping with day-to-day operations, fundraising, and event planning.

She is proficient in several software tools, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM platforms like Salesforce, and is dedicated to assisting healthcare professionals and organizations in achieving their goals.

Dee holds a Medical Assistant Certification, a Master of Education in Counseling from Our Lady of the Lake University, and her undergraduate degree from Prairie View A&M University. She has several years of experience in clinical healthcare and community case management.

Originally from North Carolina, Dee now resides in the Texas area.
