What services do you offer?

Balance & Birch offers expert psychology sessions, consulting, naturopathic medicine, nutrition counseling, personal training, yoga, meditation, sound therapy, aromatherapy, chakra balancing, and more!

Are there any opportunities to meet the staff in person?

Yes! We host semi-regular wellness meet-ups, like hiking, yoga, and tea gatherings, where you can meet our staff and community members. However, please note that attending these events may reduce confidentiality, as others will see you. To stay updated on these events, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter.

How do I book an appointment?

You can conveniently book an appointment through our online scheduling system or by contacting us directly via phone or email.

What is your rescheduling policy?

With a 48-hour notice, you can change your appointment up to two times at no additional cost. A 25% fee applies for rescheduling within 48 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations made on the day of an appointment will incur the full session fee, except in cases of emergencies.

Do you accept insurance?

We currently do not accept insurance.

We provide a courtesy service in which our office manager can help you to file for reimbursement if you have out of network benefits, but we can not make any guarantees. Payment is due the day of service.

What are your rates?

Our pricing is customized to fit your unique needs. For an overview, please refer to the summary on the services and packages pages. For detailed pricing information tailored specifically for you, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Please note, services that extend beyond regular note-taking, billing, and scheduling could incur additional administrative fees at a rate of $30 per 30 minutes. This includes but is not limited to specialized documentation, coordination with external parties, and other non-standard administrative tasks.
