My Approach

Life comes with many twists and turns, and at times it can feel insurmountable. Like many of you, I’ve faced my share of struggles. My time in the army shaped me, giving me invaluable tools for navigating trauma, adversity, and life’s unpredictable challenges. Through all of it, fitness became my anchor — a place where discipline, structure, and daily effort helped rebuild not just my body, but my sense of self.

My fitness journey has been diverse: from curling dumbbells with my dad at four years old to playing high school sports, exploring yoga, CrossFit, and powerlifting. Over the years, I’ve worked with clients across the spectrum — stroke recovery, severe mobility challenges, older adults, chronic pain, and people brand-new to movement. My ISSA certification and lived experience have equipped me to train people with a wide range of goals, abilities, and needs.

The most important lesson I’ve learned is simple: Greatness is within you.
Human beings are capable of incredible things — strength, creativity, resilience, healing, and growth. Fitness is one of the most accessible tools we have to tap into that potential.

For me, movement has always been about more than muscles. It’s been essential to my mental health. Research consistently shows that exercise and sunlight can reduce anxiety, stress, and depression — and I’ve lived that truth personally.

I’m excited for us to leap over hurdles, celebrate our victories, and most importantly, uncover the greatness we each have to offer.
